Corporate Business Development Manager

The Corporate Business Development Manager would be responsible to develop the company’s business in Singapore region, to pitch potential clients & partners and to organize business development strategies.

Permanent, full time contract


  • Build, develop and maintain partnerships with financial, hotels, retail and dining and other relevant companies/ industries
  • Proactively identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities to achieve  sales & volume targets
  • Establish sales objectives, yield management and partnership management strategy
  • Work with key stakeholders to design and formulate the OTL Corporate engagement strategy
  • Work with other internal departments to deliver world-class customer experience through innovation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful delivery of campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth market research to qualify developing business opportunities


    • Bachelor’s degree from a well-respected university
    • 2 years+ experience in commercial driven organizations, with proven track record in sales and account management
    • Experience in retail credit card, loyalty marketing, business development or CRM programmes preferred
    • Sales and results oriented
    • Experience in establishing working relationships with senior executives and other leaders of organizations
    • The position involves working independently as well as in a team environment
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
