The role is supporting marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies and tactics across APAC market of Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and China (Q4 2019). To create massive lead generation and promotion of both instore & online flash sales, whilst retaining branding values and delivering sustainable ROIs, via a range of channels including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, website, email, mobile marketing, retargeting, banner ads, and other key channels. etc

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

  1. Online Channels Management

  • To manage and monitor day-to-day performance of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo) and all online marketing platforms (email, website, app)
  • Develop & organize quality content calendar for local markets, from idea generation, quality copywriting development, proofreading to material production, in order to keep member engaged and information lively and up-to-date
  • Plan & execute digital marketing activities, to grow, expand & maximise traffic and viral opportunities with time-relevant posting e.g. live platforms; giveaways; poll etc.
  • Production of all online marketing material, including design, photography and videography
  1. Optimization and Online Advertising

  • Maintain a consistent user experience on various online touch points, to increase traffic, overall conversion rates and values
  • Monitor SEO/SEM performance such as bounce rate, ranking and conversion rate
  1. Budget & Analysis Report

  • Plan and monitor digital marketing budget
  • Measuring and reporting on all campaign metrics (Reach, CTR, CPM, Conversions etc)

WHAT IT TAKES

  • Degree holder or above in digital marketing related disciplines
  • 2 years’ experience in managing social media accounts, and online media agency experience would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, passionate in digital trend
  • Strong knowledge in online marketing Google tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords etc.
  • Knowledge in designing tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including MS Office
