What we will trust you with 

1. Flash Sales/event Management

  • Planning & organizing our in-store and online flash sales from planning, liaison     with business partners, media and KOLs, promotion plan, content development, ATL/BTL advertising, joint-promotions, on-site management to post-event evaluation
  • Work closely with CRM, Ecommerce, Business Development, Operations and Floor team on identifying the right approach of communication and carry out effective campaigns.
  • Develop and product all marketing collaterals, including design, image-edit and videography
  • Assist in managing day-to-day marketing support and diverse marketing projects
  • To manage ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

2. Social Media Management (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Manage social media channels day-to-day, by content, copywriting & image editing, to grow, expand & maximize traffic and viral opportunities with time-relevant posting;
  • To develop & execute digital marketing activities, from creating content calendar for local market, generating creative content to social campaign execution & reporting;
  • Monitoring and developing reports on social media activity, keep up to date with advertising metrics (Reach, CTR, CPM, Conversions etc) & organic / paid content and keep track on the performances

3. Media Relations

  • Handle corporate publications and promotion materials, including press release, newsletter, and other marketing collaterals
  • Media pitching of both online and offline platforms and maintain media relations

4. Partnership & Loyalty Program

  • To identify potential partners and formulate joint-promotion strategies, build strong relationships and promotion event to achieve win-win outcomes
  • To grow OTL Premium business aggressively by driving the expansion of new partnerships in multiple channels
  • Liaise with different business units to develop engagement campaigns for members activation, such as chambers, banking & corporate etc

5. Budget & Report

  • To monitor, measure and evaluate on all demand generation campaign metrics
  • Prepare monthly report for managements review and direct report to your supervisor

What it takes

  • University graduate in Marketing, eCommerce, digital agency or relevant discipline;
  • 2-3 years marketing experience, possess media relations and partnership development are preferred
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, high responsibility.
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Good media relationship & communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills essential
  • Knowledge in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) would be an advantage
