Senior Customer Care Consultant – Malaysia (Remote, Contract)
OnTheList is a pioneering concept of Members-Only Flash Sales, offering its members authentic and quality products with the promise of offering “the best deal in town!” – in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Malaysia, Australia and Korea.
We work with multiple world-renowned brands in Luxury and Fashion but also Homeware, Kitchenware, Electronics and Hospitality (Hotels & Restaurants). To cope with our large number of weekly flash sales, we are looking for a seasoned Ecommerce Executive to execute on a weekly basis the set-up of several brands.
WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
- Review current SOPs as well as software used by our Customer Care team
- Proposal and implementation of revamped SOPs aimed at reducing number of enquiries as well as automating majority of the processes
- Proposal and implementation of new softwares to support the Customer Care team and their implementation.
- Prepare training materials and provide staff with training on job knowledge and customer service skills
- Develop and optimize the current Service Quality reporting
WHAT IT TAKES
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Customer Care departments in a leading position
- Proven track record in revamping customer care SOPs
- Proven track record in implementation of new Customer Care softwares
- Previous e-commerce experience is a must
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
Availability:
Monday-Friday (MYT 0900 – 1800)
Remarks:
3-6 Months contract with possibility to transfer to permanent role
