Operations Manager

The Operation Manager would be responsible to provide strategic support to the Managing Director, SEA with regards to the setup of all flash sales events. He / She would also need to plan, coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best execution of all events, working within the budget and to achieve the targets set.

    • Lead meeting with other departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are in line with standard
    • Prepare monthly sales and management reports and highlight areas of action
    • Plan pricing strategy per event to ensure the event will be profitable for both the brand and OTL
    • Prepare weekly event sales analysis to report event results to brand
    • Manage store projects such as new store openings and renovation including putting together any retail comments
    • Consolidate monthly business proposals from stores to achieve yearly targets and coordinate action plans and follow up
    • Coordinate retail operations meetings and ad hoc meetings with agenda and follow-up actions
    • Lead operation in an efficient way, facilities & resource management in the office;
    • Continuously enhancing and optimizing Operations processes, procedures and tools;
    • Motivate team spirit and maintain high morale of staff to increase productivity, and to maintain good communications with all levels
    • Oversees the Retail Ops/ and Floor team, plan and supervise setup/teardown of all offline events
    • Set-up guidelines, standard operation procedure (SOP) and key performance indicator (KPI) to monitor and measure the performance and service level of operations team
    • Launching tender for our e-fulfillment and last mile delivery service provider
    • Managing freight transportation of stocks to and fro between other countries to SEA, AU for B2B and B2C models

    • Degree holder or above in related discipline
    • Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things
    • Enjoy getting along with people from different backgrounds
    • Able to motivate people and be a problem solver when encounter challenges
    • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
    • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
    • Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
    • Good computer knowledge/skills, that involve cloud, POS, microsoft office, especially in excel
    • Good command of both written and spoken English
    • Immediate available will be highly preferred
